Infographics with Canva - Self-care routine edition

The design tool you need to know about!

I am not affiliated with Canva, I am just a fun and a frequent user.

Canva is an Australian company started less than 10 years ago, and today worth a whopping US$ 40 billion. Fun fact, Guy Kawasaki is a chief evangelist. If his name doesn't ring a bell check the link.

The platform provides free use and paid subscription. With the paid version you will have access to all the content, however with the free content you can create awesome infographics as well. Canva is not just a graphic design platform but also a video editing tool.

I would like to share my tips with you and my routine which helped me to have a better work and life balance. But first, we have to break the thought of self-care is being selfish. After I realised spending time on myself and that I have to stop burning the candle from both side things started to change around me. Another key element is planning and setting goals for the upcoming weeks. This trick helped with anxiety! Who knew, right?

Practicing self-care is definitely not selfish, clinically tested as it reduces anger, anxiety and frustration and improves energy level and happiness. What the beauty of it that it's all about you, tailor made for you. I am sharing mine, but we all can come up with different routines. Taking time for yourself gradually will improve your health and well-being. I would like to highlight that it doesn't mean every Sunday we should engage in a costy spa day - even though I would love to have them. It could be easy and simple like a long walk in the park or foot massage. The goal is connect with yourself, reduce anxiety and remove yourself from co-piloting the days.
